A coordinator contacts the patient and offers the office closest to them.

The doctor examines the patient and may ask you for records or recent X-rays.

Step 4: Our reply to you
A written note with what we found and what we recommend, so the patient's care stays one conversation.

Step 5: Stages and finishing
An update at each stage, and a note when treatment ends and the patient returns to you for routine care.
